Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can start a free trial to explore the product and generate drafts. To publish any draft pages, you'll need to start a paid plan.

What do I get on the trial?

You can generate drafts, preview them, and iterate until you're happy. Publishing to your live theme requires a paid plan.

How many pages can I publish per month on each plan?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of published pages. If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher plan with a larger monthly publish limit.

What counts as a "published page"?

A published page is a draft you push live to your Shopify theme—like a new landing page, a new template/variant, or a campaign page. Drafts don't count until you publish.

What are "edit credits" and what do they cover?

Edit credits are used for AI-assisted edits: updating generated pages, updating layout/sections, refining copy, and editing existing pages on your site. Higher plans include more credits per month. They are not used when generating or publishing pages - only for making interactive edits via the Fudge AI Agent.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my live pages if I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Pages you already published remain in your Shopify theme and continue working normally, even after you cancel.

How does billing work through Shopify?

Fudge is billed through Shopify's app billing. If you cancel or uninstall, access continues until the end of your current billing period per Shopify's rules.
